There are three ways for a five axis robotic arm:
1. Servo main arm+auxiliary servo material arm, dual arm five axis servo robotic arm
This structure is a commonly used five axis servo robotic arm structure on the market, which is intended for use in the automation system of cold channel three plate mold injection molding. The main arm of the two servo arms serves as the removal of the product, and can also be used in the embedded parts system to embed and remove the product, while the auxiliary arm serves as the pickup port.
2. Dual main arm five axis servo manipulator
The dual main arm servo robotic arm is intended for use in the automation system of stacked injection molding. Different from the three plate mold, both cavities of the stacked mold are products, so it is required that both arms of the five axis servo manipulator are formed into arms.
3. Single arm five axis servo manipulator
The application scenario of a single arm requires the fixture to rotate at any viewpoint. In general, the arm of a servo robotic arm is usually equipped with a guide angle cylinder, which can rotate 90 degrees to place the workpiece after completion. However, in the process of practical injection molding production, we may encounter the requirement that the arm end fixture can rotate 360 degrees before, after, left, and right freely. In this case, we need to add a rated servo shaft to the robotic arm to meet the automation requirements of practical production.
